Rooftop terrace surprises

Our stay was amazing with thoughtful details like welcome notes and a mini bottle of cava for New Year’s Eve. The rooftop plunge pool was a refreshing highlight after long tourist days.

While everything was great, the breakfast area was a bit crowded in the mornings, which made it challenging to find a seat sometimes.

The room felt dark without any windows to the outside, which made waking up challenging. The limited sun loungers on the roof terrace often left little room for relaxation during the day, and the shower tap handle fell out repeatedly during use, making for a frustrating experience.

The food scene around Casa Alhaja is a feast! From Laherre Tapas just 0.1 km away, I dove into some fresh, local flavors. The rooftop terrace was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, with a small pool to help cool down. Plus, the free coffee and cake in the common hall added a sweet touch!

Getting to the hotel was a bit of a tight squeeze—those narrow streets can feel like they want to take your mirrors! A heads-up on street parking routes would make the arrival less stressful, but it was all worth it when I settled in.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooftop pool provides a refreshing escape, with excellent service for drinks while relaxing. However, the breakfast area can get quite crowded, making it tough to find seating. Additionally, the room's sound isolation could be improved, as some outside noise penetrated at night. Lastly, the bathroom could benefit from more storage space for toiletries.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Casa Alhaja By Shiadu. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially Miguel, who provided fantastic tips on local dining. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wonderful selection of pastries, fruits, and freshly prepared eggs every morning.

My stay was wonderful thanks to the hotel's perfect distance to iconic spots, being just a few steps from Casa de Pilatos and only a 15-minute walk from the stunning Parque de Maria Luisa, which made my city strolls enchanting and enjoyable. the rooftop terrace provided such relaxing views that I couldn't help but unwind after a busy day exploring seville.

This place was a strong match for an overnight stay in Seville at decent value for money. I enjoyed the warmth of the staff, who were very welcoming upon arrival. Make sure to double-check parking details before arriving to avoid narrow streets.
